All Disney Deluxe Resorts offer a VIP service called Club Level, their version of Concierge. This weekend members of our team had the luxury of trying this amazing service allowing us to give Pegasus clients the inside scoop of Club Level at Walt Disney World® Resort!
Club Level guests have access to all Disney Resort amenities including transportation to theme parks, pool access, events and activities, early FastPass+ planning, Extra Magic Hours and much more. However, here are some features you may not know that will enhance your next stay at a Walt Disney World Deluxe Resort!
Trip Planning Assistance
At Club Level guests have their own personalized team of Concierge Cast Members at their service and this spectacular service begins even before you check-in! A few weeks before your stay, a Concierge Cast Member will call you to ask you if there is anything that they can help you with for your vacation. FastPasses? Reservations? No problem, Concierge can help you!
Exceptional Service
As soon as you arrive at the Resort, a Concierge Cast Member will greet you at the Lobby and escort you to the Club level area. On the way, you will receive a tour of the lounge explaining everything they offer from amenities to exclusive areas. If you ever need assistance at a later time, they will also show you where the exclusive Club Level Concierge desk is located, where a Cast Member will always be happy to assist you.
In-Room Amenities
Not only are Club Level rooms exquisitely decorated but they offer breathtaking views and exclusive in-room conveniences. Don’t be surprised if you find a special little welcome gift as well. Each day you will find your Disney Itinerary with any FastPasses or Dining Reservations printed just for you! Club Level Guests can also indulge in Disney’s finest bathroom amenities including Disney’s H2O line of Bath Products and stylish bathroom robes so that you can get the full Spa treatment.
Complimentary Indulgences
The treats do not stop in the room! Guests will always find something special in the Club Level Lounge. Amazing arrays of catered food and drinks can be found in the lobby area throughout the day themed to specific events of hotel themes. In the morning, the lounge offers continental breakfast with fine assortments of cereals, fruits, coffee and much more! In the afternoon, the lounge will offer light snacks and refreshments. The main event comes at night when the lounge brings in a variety of hors d’ oeuvres including a selection of wines and beers. In the late evening, the lounge opens again to offer various desserts and liqueurs for guests to finish off their day on a sweet note.
Stunning Languages
Last but not least, every Disney Club Level has its own exclusive themed lounge. Only Club Level guests can access these lounges and they usually offer exceptional ambiance with stunning views of the Resort or Disney Theme Parks. Guests can visit the lounge to indulge in any of the delicious food offerings or just to relax throughout the day. Many lounges even have an exclusive balcony with stunning views of the closest Fireworks show!
