Booking Policy

A $250 deposit guarantees your sports package. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment must be received 60 days prior to arrival. Package pricing and availability are subject to change and not guaranteed without a deposit. Deposits must be submitted online through our website. All major credit cards accepted. It is the runner’s responsibility to ensure registration is completed before the deadline. Pegasus Sports is not responsible for any missed registration to any event. For more details on how registration works, please feel free to contact your Sports Coordinator. All bookings with a paid deposit are guaranteed admission to selected event (even after race sells out through runDisney). Additional nights can be added to your sports package at an additional cost. Please contact your Sales Coordinator for details. Any modifications to an existing booking less than 45 days prior to arrival will incur a change fee of $60.00 USD per applicable package..

Cancellation Policy

Packages paid in full are non-refundable, race registrations cannot be canceled or deferred. The $250 deposit is not refundable. Theme-park admission included in the package (if any) is non-transferable and valid 14 days from first use. Unused tickets expire by end of the calendar year and no full or partial refund will be issued for unused visits. Canceled packages may be credited to a future event and will be viewed on a case-by-case basis.

Disney Annual Passholders

Disney Annual Passholders are not required to purchase park tickets included in the package. Proof of a valid Walt Disney World® Annual Pass over the event dates is required at time of booking. Alternatively, the value of the sports ticket included in the package can be applied towards the purchase of an annual pass any time between receipt of booking confirmation number and ticket expiration date. To upgrade your park ticket to an annual pass you must contact Walt Disney World® directly. The ticket is not valid for the renewal of an existing annual pass. Value of ticket included in the sports package may differ from retail value.
