Our blog can help give you some insight on different things to do throughout Orlando! The best part? Pegasus can help you with all of your transportation needs!
This week we will be focusing on Celebration. This small community was built in the 90s and planned to look like the perfect little American town right next to the Walt Disney World Resort. While the neighborhood might be new, its streets and houses are so picturesque they look like they were taken right out of a well-kept historical American town.
Not only is Celebration a stunning place for photos and leisurely strolls, there is a lot to do! Take a look at all of the things you or your clients can partake in when visiting Celebration:
Mouth Watering Restaurants
Celebration is a great place for a nice meal for every occasion. For a more relaxing, casual meal you can head over to Celebration Town Tavern. For a fancy date night, couples might enjoy the Imperium Food and Wine bar and a personal favorite, Florida’s chain of Spanish restaurants, Columbia. Celebration has it all, from Italian to Thai and Japanese cuisines…You will always find a reason to come back!
Always Something Going On
Market Street, Celebration’s main street, is always hosting different fun events for the community. Every Sunday there is a Farmers Market filled with exciting crafts and small delicacies for you to try! During the Fall they host Oktoberfest celebrations with little food booths and live music.
My favorite is during the winter when every night, you can gather on Market Street to watch the “snow” fall as you partake in other fun events such as seasonal foods, ice-skating, horseback carriage rides and even meeting Santa! The events themselves are free and open to all, with optional paid activities.
Did I already mention how stunning Celebration is? Yes? Well, I will say it again because words do not do it justice. Come take a nice stroll around Celebration’s market street, taking in the atmosphere. Then, walk over to Celebration’s pond and check-out their nature trails to take in even more of the beautiful Floridian fauna and flora. You can also rent bikes to make your evening even more fun!
We mentioned where you can go for a full meal, but if all you want is a snack or a dessert, Celebration is filled with mouthwatering stops. For a refined dessert, visit Le Macaron for their iconic macarons and various French pastries. For the eternal kids, like me, a visit to Wonderland Cookie Dough shop is a must. Choosing your flavor will be hard since all of them sound delicious!
